Private Dietitian / Personalised Nutrition Consultation 1 Hour - £175

Individual 60-minute sessions either face-to-face or by telephone/video chat.  Includes a detailed health review and nutritional assessment, care advice & and treatment plan, dietary & food plans, supplementation advice (where appropriate), information resources, and two months access to our Longevity platform (see details further below).  Please note, any optional treatments such as lab testing, skin and hair treatments, or vitamin injections incur additional charges.

Dietitian 6-Week Plan - £395

Best suited for when Therapeutic Diet, Elimination Diet, Weight Management coaching or follow-up/review is required.

Includes an initial discovery call for 30 minutes and a package of three 60-minute Dietitian consultations either face-to-face or online/virtual, with private Dietitian chat in-between.  Also includes a health review and nutritional assessment, care advice & and treatment plan, dietary, food & meal plans, recipes & shopping lists, supplementation advice (where appropriate), information resources, on-going coaching and review, and three months' access to our Longevity platform.  Note - optional lab tests incur additional costs, see further below.

Functional Medicine Consultation 2 Hours - £295

This is a detailed deep-dive / root-cause consultation, into your health.  Includes - an initial discovery call for 30 minutes; an extended 120-minute functional medicine consultation and health timeline; your functional matrix and dietetic health report, recommendations and goal setting, elimination diet or therapeutic diet coaching, food and meal plans, recipes and shopping lists, evidenced-based supplement advice, and educational resources.  Does not include follow-up sessions - these can be added on seperately, or included as part of our 12-week programme (see below).  With three months access to our Longevity platform.  Note - optional lab tests incur additional costs, see further below.

The quickest and easiest way to connect!  Clients can purchase this online coaching subscription without having had a dietitian or functional medicine consultation, or as a follow-on from a treatment plan to stay motivated and on track with regularly updated information, food plans and recipes.  See more information further below on our GDPR compliant platform.  Access includes;   Monthly topical newsletters on health, diet and nutrition; periodic invites to join Dietitian in health bootcamps and motivational plans; online private and confidential Dietitian chatbox to ask questions and for personalised support; information resources, education, and mentoring; your health coaching aims & objectives, your food, mood & health journal, and your MySymptoms questionnaire; information on advised supplements and links to discounted stores; and tracking of any functional testing, blood work & lab test results.  Requests for discounted face-to-face or telephone Dietitian sessions can be made directly from your portal.  There is also an optional add-on for access to dietitian-led "That Clean Life" bespoke food and meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists (worth £60 / month)
